Shillong, March 21: Significant Meteorological features, the trough from northeast Madhya Pradesh to South Assam now runs from above cyclonic circulation over north Jharkhand and neighbourhood to Manipur across Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Meghalaya at 1.5 km above mean sea level.
Under its influence Heavy rain with thunderstorm and lightning is likely to occur at isolated places over Meghalaya on 21st, 23rd and 25th of March 2024. Available data indicates that light to moderate rain occurred over Meghalaya during the last 24hrs.
