Shillong, June 10: The state unit of the BJP has extended its heartiest congratulations to the newly formed Narendra Modi Govt. at the center, a development that has filled every leader and member of the party in Meghalaya, with renewed vigour and aspiration.
The glittering swearing in ceremony was attended by state President Shri Rikman G Momin, who was accompanied by a fourteen member state delegation, which included state Vice Presidents Shri Gagan Jain and Smt Riya Sangma, State General Secretary Shri Wankit Pohshna and State Mahila Morcha President Smt Susuki Pariat.
With the BJP led NDA Govt back in the nation’s helm of affairs, BJP Meghalaya is set to ensure that the people friendly and pro poor policies of the Central Govt reach every nook and corner of the state over the next five years.
The historic third mandate to Shri Narendra Modi Ji has galvanized every member of the party and under the guidance of incumbent President Shri Rikman G Momin, the state unit stands ready to strengthen its mass appeal amongst the citizens of Meghalaya. State BJP is strengthening its organization at every level and aims to increase its member base manifolds in the near future.
