The Congress recommended Mr Batyngshain for the 26-Shella bye election

Shillong, Sept 24: The Pradesh Election Committee which met here on the 24^thSeptember,2019 has recommended the name of Shri Batyngshain Laitmon Ryngnga to  All India Congress Committee as party candidate for the bye election to the 26-Shella Assembly Constituency on 21^st October,2019.
