Shillong, oct 27: As part of the “Fit India Movement” that the Prime Minister has started, the Meghalaya Chief Minister has initiated one small step from his side by putting an outdoor Gym in his own Constituency Tura.
The Chief Minister in his Video Twitter said that “We intend to take this, to put up in all the District headquarter in the state in the second phase and hopefully may be to every constituency in the third phase”.
The Chief Minister is of the opinion that this will give an opportunity to people who may not have access to Gym to do same exercise. The Chief Minister encourage the people of Tura to go and used the facilities available for them.
Meghalaya Chief Minister also mention that having in mind that having healthy body will have healthy mind, therefore going with this “Fit India Movement” he is sure that people will use this outdoor Gym.
