Shillong Nov 20: The Department of Animal husbandry and Veterinary in collaboration with Sports Departmant Government od Meghalaya will organise an Meghalaya Open Marathon for both male and female participant at Shillong on 26th November 2019 at 7Am onwards with attractive cash prizes and medals.
This was informed by the Principal Scretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Animal husbandry and Veterinary Department, Dr Shakil P.Ahmed. This Meghalaya Open Marathon is organised to promote milk consumption for healthy body and long life on the occassion of National Milk Day.
The Principal Scretary also informed that the winner will receive cash prize of Rs 30,000/- whereas the first and second runner up will receive cash of Rs 20,000/- and Rs 15,000/- respectively.
