Shillong, April 03: Mr Sampat Kumar chairman “Corona Virus Task Force” inform in order to meet any eventuality the Government has constituted medical expert group and the government is taking guidance from them and see what is happening all over the world which is showing good symptom.
The Government have got thus medicine which is tested in some of the countries now there is a stock particularly for the critical care sick patient can be treated with thus medicine.
Mr Kumar inform that there are 7500 people in the state take self quarantine and from the health department is monitoring them on a daily bases. There are 400 medical volunteers and more than 500 calls were attended daily.
The Chairman of the “Corona Virus Task Force” also inform that till today 66 people were tested and all were negative. All over the state there 70 hospitals which are ready to treat COVID-19 and 7 hospital have the ventilators facilities and there are 64 ventilators at present.
