Shillong, July 05: Meghalaya Chief Minister today inform that two more people were tested COVID-19 positive in the state, one is from the BSF, Shillong and one is in Umroi of Ri Bhoi District.
The one who was tested COVID-19 positive in Umroi Ri Bhoi District is a returnees from Bihar. With this two new COVID-19 cases the total active case in the state is 28 and people who has recovered are 43.
The Director of Health department Government of Meghalaya said that the person who was tested COVID-19 positive cases in Umroi, is working in the Rangment in the Army he is already in the isolation care centre in the military.
Contact tracing is not much as he comes by plane to Guwahati and only with the driver and the driver id from Assam. The Contact tracing is only thus people who are coming together in the plane. This person come to the state on the 2/7/2020.
