Shillong, April 26: Meghalaya police requested the general public to kindly report any Fake News relating to COVID-19, circulating in Social Media or any other medium by reporting the same through the COVID-19 Fake News Verification portal of Meghalaya Police https://megedistrict.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=1149
The general public are also requested to kindly verify the authenictiy of any information before uploading/circulating through Social Media as it may create trepidation among the citizens.
