Shillong, August 11: As part of the nationwide Social Media outreach campaign, Shankhnaad kick-started from the state of Meghalaya today. A state level workshop was held at the State party office in Shillong today 19 August 2023.
The resource person for the workshop was Shantanu Kalita, Social Media & IT in charge for the North East and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The State Party President, Shri Ernest Mawrie also participated along with State Office Bearers, Morcha Heads and State and District Social Media & IT conveners. National IT & Social Media in charge Shri Amit Malviya also addressed the gathering.
In coming days, similar workshops will be held at the District level creating awareness amongst the public about the implementation of various central schemes under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
This initiative is expected to strengthen the organization and also looks forward to the participation of the youth in the state. Different Central schemes and its benefits was explained to the members and was urged to the Mandals in the training to spread the benefits of the schemes to the people by means of Social Media.
