TERM AND CONDITIONS
1. Agency commission will be paid as per the INS rule.
2. Payments of all advertisement be paid by the agency or client within a specified time frame as per the INS rule.
3. Advertisements that will be display in the SP News Agency website are taken in good faith.
4. All agencies and client should also give release instruction with a duplicate copy and should clear mention the numbers of year’s, month and days for display.
5. Once the advertisement is display will inform the agency or client for information.
6. No claim for refund will be entertain for the payment made for the advertisement, if any error occurred, we will re-insert the advertisement.
