Shillong, Nov 25: As a part of Swarnim Vijay Varsh and India’s splendid victory over East Pakistan, HQ Eastern Air Command is organizing an air display on 04 Dec 21 at Umiam Lake at 1000h.
To commemorate the event, a flypast will be performed by the SU-30MKI and ALH/Mi-17 followed by air display by the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) of Indian Air Force.
The Hon’ble Governor of Meghalaya Shri Satya Pal Malik would be the Chief Guest. The ceremonious occasion would be witnessed live by state/district dignitaries, air veterans and serving officials of defence and paramilitary.
