Shillong, Sept 19: Based on the report received that persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 were at Delhi Mistan Bhandar at Police Bazaar and at Kartik Automobile at Raig Ahmed’s building, Start Auto Spares, Car Parlour Two wheelers, S.M. Motors, Anita Tailoring and M.M. Agency at Keating road.
Therefore contact tracing, testing and isolation as well as containment is to be effected in the interest of the health of the general public to prevent against any possible spread of COVID-19, the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, in orders issued has directed the above mentioned shops to temporarily remain closed until further orders.
