Shillong, July 10: The Enforcement of Directorate Guwahati Zonal Office, has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties in the form of credit balances lying in 48 bank accounts and 22 immovable properties.
They are located in the States of Assam, Meghalaya and West Bengal under PMLA, 2002 worth Rs. 5.54 Crore (approx.) in the case of M/s Jeevan Suraksha Group of Companies and its Directors, in a matter related to defrauding gullible investors.
