Shillong, Sept 28: The High Court of Meghalaya and Meghalaya State Judicial Academy in collaboration with the Law Department, Social Welfare Department and Meghalaya Police conducted a Workshop on “The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985” on 28th September, 2023 at the Auditorium of the High Court of Meghalaya.
Various topics relating to the NDPS Act, 1985 were deliberated and discussed during the day-long workshop. The workshop also saw the participation of Justice Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice, High Court of Meghalaya in which he interacted with the various stakeholders present in the workshop.
