Shillong, July 20: The Director of Meghalaya Health Services Dr Aman War inform that there were 19 person tested COVID-19 positive, out of these 16 are from the BSF, 13 in Shillong and 3 in West Garo Hills and 3 others in East Khasi Hills.
The Director in form that total actives cases are 413, in East Khasi Hills 356, BSF 278, others 64 and others arms forces 14. The three new cases in East Khasi Hills one is the high risk contact of Assam Regimental Centre and one from the wedding party and one coming from Khanapara of Ri Bhoi District.
The break up in the state, Ri Bhoi District 36, East Jiantia Hills 2, West Garo Hills 13, South West Garo Hills 1, South garo Hills 2, East Garo Hills 1 and North Garo Hills 1. Toral sample taken as of today are 28455 and tested negative 27466 and result awaited 520.
