Shillong, Feb 03: Rev PBM Basaiawmoit said that selective killing by the GNLA Militant outfit of Garo Hills is trying to create fear psychosis among the security forces and general public , the pastor put a question mark is the militant group trying to disrupt election process.
Rev Basaiawmoit demanded from the state government machinery must apprehend the culprits without fear or favour, without let or hindrance. He also sent his his personal condolence to the bereaved dear and near ones of (L) Neil Warjri and may his soul rest in peace, as well, praying for recovery to Sharai Sing Thabah.
Rev Basaiawmoit urged the government to provide the injured with the best medical attention. Further, government must appropriately compensate the family members of the prematurely deceased assistant Jail Warden and his family members of the prematurely deceased Asst. Jail Warden.(SP News)
