Shillong, June 25: The KSU Ranikor Unit congratulate the state government for upgrading Ranikor Administrative Unit to a Civil Sub Division, this was a long ptnding demand of the people of Ranikor.
The KSU President of Ranikor Unit, Mr Marcony Thongni said that the KSU have demanded from the Government that Ranikor Administrative Unit should be upgraded to Civil Sub Division when Dr Mukul Sangma was the Chief Minister.
The KSU president of Ranikor Circle appreciates the state government decision to give Ranikor Civil Sub Division that will be inaugurated on the 10th July 2018 next month. Mr Thongni said Ranikor deserved it to get Civil Sub Division.
They hope that with the up gradation of Ranikor administrative unit to Civil Sub Division it will bring all round development in the area, like communication, in this regard the BSF, the Government official and the people are using Bangladesh sim card for communication. The others sector like Road, Education etc.
When asked about the resignation of the Local MLA Mr Martin M Danggo that pave the way for the state government to upgrade Ranikor Administrative Unit to Civil Sub Division, the KSU president of Ranikor Circle said that, He (Mr MM Danggo understand better.
