Shillong, Dec 08: Lieutenant Colonel Mr D G Sinha of North Eastern Region Directorate of the NCC wins 45th Mr Meghalaya Body Building Championships conducted by Meghalaya Body Building Federation affiliated to Indian Body Building Federation.
Lieutenant Colonel Mr D G Sinha competed in the 85 kg category and secured first place and was awarded Gold medal.
Thereafter in the title fight for Mr Meghalaya and Champion of champion’s trophy he defeated all the gold medal winners in various weight categories to become Mr Meghalaya champion of champions 2019.
