Shillong, July 12: Meghalaya police arrested two criminals who were accused persons hailing from Dongkamon, Nongmynsong were arrested on the 11th July 2020 in connection with a criminal case registered under relevant provisions of POCSO Act.
Both the accused were arrested after a complaint was filed at Rynjah Police Station and subsequent to their arrest have been forwarded to Judicial Custody.
The investigation of the case is still in progress to ascertain the facts and circumstances of the case. Said Mr G. K. Iangrai, MPS) Asstt. Inspector General of Police (A) in the press statement.
