Shillong, June 09: Acting on the tip received that there is a movement of contraband that will be passing though West Jiantia Hills District, base on the information the ploce set up the Naka Bandi at Phramer by the special police team led by Mr Donkupar Moksha Dy Superintendent of Trafic Police.
The Special Police team of the WJH District made a searched on all the suspect in the Bus bearing the registration number AS 01 KC 9461 at 1.00 AM today while checking all the passengers the police recover 12 gold biscuit from Mr Amit Hussain.
The Police said that the Bus is coming from Manipur and it was on its way to Guwahati. The Police arrested Mr Amit and the investigation is on the arrested person. Action will be taken as per law police said.
