Shillong, May 14: Today the band outfit the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) has claim that they were responsible for the death of Romeo Lyngdoh who had received death penalty due to his involvement in activities against the outfit.
In the press statement issued today by Mr Saiñkupar Nongtraw General Secretary cum Publicity Secretary, HNLC alleged he Mr Romeo is working against them and they are after him since 2008.
