Shillong, June 23: The website for the Department of Personnel, Govt of Meghalaya was launched recently. Alongwith the website an online application has also been provided with the following link “File Online Property Returns” (https://megedistrict.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=1287).
Whereby government employees of the following cadres MCS, MPS, MFS, MSS may file both Movable and Immovable Property Returns. It is to be noted that the government employee must first register himself or herself before he or she can fill his or her APR details, after filling his or her APR details they must sign the document using eSign (digital signing using Aadhaar No).
The Government is also gearing up to implement a complete online Human Resource Management System – Manav Sampada (eHRMS) of NIC an end-to-end solutions that takes care right from Hiring to Retiring of employees.
The application is currently being customised as per the service rules of the Government of Meghalaya and will be hosted in the NIC Meghalaya Cloud shortly.
The Employee details for MCS officers has been populated but the other pre-requisite details required before the preparation of ACRs, including leave records, trainings, awards etc , will be entered into this system enabling an online filing of ACRs .
