New Delhi, April 08: Meghalaya goes to polls in the 1st Phase of General Elections-2019. Voting to take place for two Parliamentary Constituencies of Shillong & Tura on 11th April.
Total number of voters in the state is 1892716. These include 936579 males and 956137 females.
Nine candidates, including one woman, will be contesting for 2 Lok Sabha seats. There will be 3,167 Polling Stations spread over the entire State.
