Shillong, July 2: Due to the inclement weather condition and there is likelihood of further landslide along the Rngain stretch of NH-40 Shillong – Dawki road, the Sub-Divisional Officer (C), Pynursla Civil Sub-Division has advised the general public to exercise due caution while travelling along the said road.
These will be especially during heavy rain and during night hours and also to avoid taking unnecessary travel along the route. The Sub-Divisional Officer (C) further informed that the situation is being assessed/monitored closely for the safety of the general public.
