Shillong, April 20: Total sample collected is 838, and the total number of cases tested negative is 714 and 113 cases result is a waiting and 10 actives cases as of now and all the actives cases are stable and they are all quarantine.
The Chief Minister also informs that the government has started distribution of Chief Minister Special Grant for students who were stranded in different parts of the country. For this the government is categorising different category of works, workers, students and profession.
The Government have selected the workers group first and the money for supporting them is lump sum amount of Rs.3000/- each. The money was given to 1617 people stranded people in different parts of the country. Government will continued with this process students and professional also will be given.
The chief Minister also said that the government is aware about some of the condition of the ambulance that is why government is purchasing 25 new ambulances from the Chief Minister Relief funds.
On the drivers who delivering essential commodities they were screen and tested and the government is disinfect the truck that is coming inside the state. Thus is why there is a delay in transportation since this are one of the protocol have to be follow.
