Shillong, August 29: The National Seminar on Strategic Plan for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in North Easdtern States will be held at State Convention Centre, Pinewood Hotel, Shillong on 30th and 31st August, 2018. The Seminar will be inaugurated by the Minister of Social Welfare, Shri. Kyrmen Shylla and Smti Shakuntala D Gamlin, Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India.
