Shillong Sept 23: A Blood Donation Camp was held today at St. Anthony’s College wherein 70 students voluntarily donated blood.
The camp was organized by the NSS cell of St. Anthony’s College in collaboration with Nazareth Hospital Blood Bank, NSS Cell of North Eastern Hill University, Meghalaya Aids Control Society (MACS) and the State Blood Transfusion Council.
103 students registered for blood donation out of which 70 students donated their blood and a total of 70 units of blood amounting to 175 ml blood were collected.(SP News)
