Shillong, April 30: The Police of East Khasi Hills District today update in the matter of Viral Video and Gangrape case under Rynjah Police Station, one of the accused was a minor, juvenile at the time the crime was committed.
The accused person filed an FIR at Rynjah Police Station against the women that he was sexually assaulted by her on that day. Accordingly, the FIR has registered under POCSO Act and IPC and the investigation is under Progress.
