Shillong, April 30: This statement of congress leaders come out because of his BJP Phobia, because the people knows the fact that BJP is the only reliable party in the country which could deliver its best performance and commitments towards development and properity, and have experienced a lot of changes that has comes in this three years rule of NDA Government and a wide differences with the last two decade of congress regime at the centre and in the state.
Taking exception to the statement of the Urban Affair Minister of Meghalaya Mr R V Lyngdoh when he said that Demonetization created chaos in the country and unsettled stock Exchange, But in reality Demonetization create chaos to congress leaders and its ministers only, the same it unsettled congress stock and exchequer which is full of corruption money and black money, alleged the BJYM president mr Egenstar Kurkalang.
The BJYM president of Meghalaya Unit said that ,demonetization is an empowerment to poor people and the common man, but the beginning of fair, prosperous and transparent economy in the country and which is given equal rights and protection to the society and between the rich and the poor respectively.
On the claim of the MLA from Mylliem who is Urban Affair minister Mr Lyngdoh, that he was concern for the suffering of farmers from Mylliem constituency for their problem in buying agricultural seeds and inputs which was affected by Demonitisation, this is a childish statement, actually Ronnie Lyngdoh as a minister he have to answer and clarify to farmers and to the people Mylliem constituency and of the state that why his government of whom Chief Minister Dr. Mukul Sangma himself who is holding Agriculture portfolio has revoked and abolished all schemes and subsidies given to the farmers in the state,like seed subsidy, fertilizers subsidy etc since 2014 .
In contrary MUA government allowed black marketing of Urea fertilizer in the state, farmers have to buy Urea at costly prize of RS 500- RS 530 per 50 kg bag instead of Central Government New Urea Policy introduced in august 2015 that Urea should sell to the farmers at subsidy rate of RS 282 per 50 kg bag in the whole territory of India. further In the month of November 2016 central government allotted 2000 metric tons of Urea to Meghalaya to be sold at rate of RS 282 per 50 kg bag but unfortunately Chief Minister and his government did not accept this by not giving his approval.
The same in 2015-16 Meghalaya government implement only around 40% of agriculture schemes meant for farmers of the state, thus out of total budget provisions of RS 686.59 crores for agriculture it was utilized only RS 330.59 crores while the unutilized and remaining fund is RS 356.00 crores the question here arise is where is this unutilized fund, further the Crop Insurance Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana) does not avail by farmers in our state. Thus the people of Mylliem constituency should ask for this clarification from theirs MLA the same the people of Meghalaya especially farmers should thinks on this anti farmers policy of Congress government.
Lyngdoh should also knows and observe that NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is exposing every day its good work good deed to the nation,the citizens are given an opportunity to give feedback and free access to Prime Minister Office, respectively to every government departments regarding schemes and activities nothing secret and privacy, because BJP government is pro-poor,pro-people government are inviting and happy people participations.which is far away distance and differences from congress government.
Instead Lyngdoh should be afraid that his governmet will be shortly exposed for its misdeed and rampant corruption. And the same Lyngdoh should appreciate to our BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma who is also a minister in Assam Government that he has feeling and sympathy to the suffering of the people of our state and zero development in Meghalaya especially in rural areas due to the failure of the state government policy and its non performance. said Shri Egenstar Kurkalang President BJYM Meghalaya in the press statement.
