Shillong, Dec 22: The Director of Social Welfare, Government of Meghalaya has informed that the Department of Social Welfare in collaboration with line departments and stakeholders will organise “Swastha Balak Balika Spardha” or “Healthy Child Competition”.
a nationwide weight, height measurement campaign to promote the value of nutrition and good health of children below 6 years from 8th to 14th January, 2022. Visit your nearest Anganwadi centre, hospitals, health centres or any designated locations in your locality to know your child’s nutritional status by taking the weight and height measurement.
A healthy child certificate will be issued by the Ministry of Women and Child Development to all healthy children.
