Maligaon, Oct 24: The Vigilance Awareness Week will be celebrated throughout Northeast Frontier Railway from 26th October to 1 st November, 2021. The theme for this year is “Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity”.
During vigilance Awareness Week, various programmes will be held across N. F. Railway to create awareness amongst the Railway employees and general public.
The programmes include administering “Integrity Pledge” to all the employees of N. F. Railway at Headquarters and Divisions on 26th October, 2021 to bring about integrity and transparency in all spheres of activities and also to work unstintingly for eradication of corruption in all spheres of life.
As part of observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week, pamphlets/handouts on preventive vigilance activities will be distributed to create awareness. Sangosthi on topic- “Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity” and interactive session through webinar with officers of all department will be organised.
Essay writing & drawing competition in Railway Training Centres amongst the student of various schools, Nukkad Nataks (street play) by Railway Employees will be organised to spread awareness.
A vigilance Bulletin will also be released on this occasion. The nation is also celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence.
