Shillong, March 17: Today, a 2003 batch HNLC Cadre Shri Elvis Syiemlieh @ Lungiut of Pyndengsohsaw under Mawsynram Police Station surrendered before Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong.
The Superintendent of police said that Mr Syiemlieh escaped from Bangladesh recently and today he has surrender himself before the superintendent of police East Khasi Hills in Shillong.
The Superintendent of police Mr M Kharkrang said that Mr Elvis did not deposit any arms and ammunition. (SP News)
