Shillong, Feb 19: The Tata Trusts Centre of Excellence (CoE) Aizawl in collaboration with the Meghalaya Football Association invites talented football players for boys from Meghalaya to participate in the trial for selection of Players for its Centre of Excellence in Aizwal.
The Centre is equipped with modern facilities and gives equal focus to academics and football. In a short period of two years, the Centre has produced 4 players for the Indian National Camp in the U-16 age group.
One of them is Mr. Emboklang Nongkhlaw from Meghalaya. The residential programme will commence in the month of April 2020. Details of the trials to be held in Shillong are detailed below.
Trial date in Shillogn will be on February 22 and 23, 2020 only the shortlisted players from the 22nd Feb will be called on 23rd Feb 2020 Venue and Time: 22nd Feb 2020: JN Stadium, Polo, 12:30 PM -2:00 PM and on on the 23rd Feb 2020: MFA Ground, Polo, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Person who want to participate in the trial should be in the age Group: 2006 and 2007 Born Documents to bring to the trial 1. Birth Certificate ( Original and one photocopy 2. Aadhar Card is optional 3. School ID Card is compulsory.
