Shillong, December 4: [24]7.ai, India’s leading BPO, celebrated its Second Edition of HUM at its Shillong campus recently, bringing together 480 employees for an unforgettable two-day extravaganza.
The [24]7.ai’s HUM is an annual event that recognizes employees who embody the true spirit and culture of the organization; and applauds their commitment, loyalty, and determination. The celebration this time, also coincided with [24]7.ai completing its first anniversary in its current Shillong campus.
The two-day festivities were celebrated by employees from Work-from-home (WFH) and Work-from-Office (WFO) models. The first day kicked off with some lively lunches, dinners, and interactive sessions with prominent business leaders, namely Sushmita Malik (VP-HR), Debojyoti Choudhury (AVP- Shillong Operations), Andrew (Senior VP-Global BPO IT) and Namit Jauhari (Country Head – India).
Followed by the next day, where the event witnessed the highly anticipated Award Ceremony, to recognize outstanding performances within the organization. A total of 23 awards were presented, acknowledging excellence in various categories, including Employee of the Year.
The Most Promising Debut, CSR Ambassador of the Year, Frontline Leader of the Year, Leadership Excellence, and Team Excellence – Super Trooper. This was then followed by a night of celebration filled with stage performances, laughter, and an atmosphere of appreciation.
