District Magistrate, EKH District, exempted home delivery and petrol pumps from 144 CrPC

Shillong, April 17: The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong in a notification issued on 17th April, 2021 has exempted home delivery of essential commodities and cooked food items and petrol pumps from the purview of the prohibitory order under section 144 Cr.P.C, issued on 16th April, 2021 but subject to strict compliance to the COVID-19 protocols of mask wearing, physical distancing norms, hand hygiene, etc. without fail.
