Shillong, Oct 08: Headquarters Eastern Air Command celebrated the 88th Air Force Day at Headquarters Eastern Air Command, Shillong on 08 October 2020.
On this occasion, Air Marshal Amit Dev AVSM VSM, Air Oficer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Air Command administered oath to all the personnel of the Command and awarded commendations to air warriors and civilians who have excelled in their profession.
The Air Marshal urged the personnel to enhance operational capability, conduct safe flying and strengthen security of bases. Stressing on the need for maintaining high operational preparedness, the Air Marshal urged everyone to stay committed to the service and continue working hard, to “Touch the Sky with Glory”.
