Shillong, April 12: This is for the information of the public that a fake news item declaring the 14th of April 2025 as a Government holiday has been circulating in certain social media platforms.
It is hereby clarified that the Government of Meghalaya has not declared a holiday on the 14th of April 2025. It is Restricted Holiday (RH) and remains so.(MIPR)
