Shillong, Dec 07: Mr. Justice Shivaji Pandey, retired Judge of the Patna High Court has joined as President of Meghalaya State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shillong on the 6th December, 2021.
The State Commission is functioning full strength with all the members in position including Shri. W Khyllep, IAS (Retd), Shri. C P Marak, IFS (Retd), Shri. W Synrem, IES (Retd) and Dr (Mrs) G B M Mihsil (Retd Jt. DHS).
The Hon’ble Commission will now hold regular sittings to admit the new cases, to dispose the old pending cases and appeals. The State Commission will sit in the Court Room of the Meghalaya State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Administrative Building (Second Floor) at Lower Lachumiere, Shillong.
Members of the public who have any complaints or grievances in connection with consumer deficiencies may file the same before the Hon’ble Commission accordingly.
