Shillong, June 25: The portion marked by RED LINES are the errors still appeared or occurred in the Marks card of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) result of 1st batch (2013) declared on 22 June, 2017 which is also the 3rd time of declaration the result of the same exams published by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in its website after rectification the anomalies occurred in the 1st and 2nd result declared by NIOS last year (2016).
Internal Assessment paper marks is given but theory paper still mark absent (AB, from the same Study Centre, marks of Workshop Base Activities (WBA) and Practice Teaching of some trainees is given whereas some trainees still remains the same as published earlier. Name of Trainees , Father Name and Mother Name all are the same.
What is more interesting Director of DERT T.G.Momin at the meeting with delegation of Meghalaya SSA Schools Association ( MSSASA ) on 22 June, 2017 informed till date there is no instruction given by NIOS regarding extention of validity period for 1st batch and the date of next examination and exams fees either verbally nor in writing whereas at the notice board of NIOS it was written to pay @ 300/- each subject by Demand Draft to the Regional Office of NIOS in Guwahati from 1st to 31st July, 2017 being the exams fees for OCT- NOV, 2017 for both 1st & 2nd batch.These are only few examples of anomalies occurred in the D.El.Ed result, MSSASA President Aristotle C. Rymbai said.
When we try to enquire the matter from Dr. D. Pyrbot Nodal Officer of NIOS in Meghalaya, the staff of DERT inform she is on leave, further all the staff of NIOS disappeared and the office is found lock, Rymbai added. Meghalaya SSA Schools Association (MSSASA) President Aristotle C. Rymbai say, the queries arises here is if the NIOS asked to pay the exams fees of both 1st & 2nd batch, then why the NIOS not issue our original marksheet and certificate, the mistakes committed by NIOS one after another shows its failure to run the training programme (D.El.Ed) in Meghalaya and may be there is something behind which we connot imagine and identity of all these what had happened and all these problems created by the NIOS.
