Shillong, march 27: The Deputy Secretary government of Meghalaya in charge forest & Environment Department Smt. A. Nikhla, MCS, has lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar Police station that in between 2006 and Mar. 19, 2014, two files bearing No. FOR.76/2006, found missing from the secretariat.
The two files were relating to the alleged irregularities in implementation of the Border Area Development Programme were found missing from Forest & Environment Department, Secretariat building, Shillong.
