Shillong, September 4: The Minister, PWD (B), Information and Public Relations Dr M Ampareen Lyngdoh today inaugurated Gold’s Gym at Lower Lachumiere, Shillong.Speaking at the inauguration she said that having a fitness centre with trained instructors will help people who had so far been doing workouts, Zumba etc at home haphazardly without any proper guidance. Lauding the efforts of the franchisee in bringing the world renowned gym to the city of Shillong, the Minister hoped that many people will be drawn into health and wellness.
