India Meteorological Department has issued severe weather warning for next five days

New Delhi, July 27: The India Meteorological Department has issued severe weather warning for next five days to come starting from today the 27 Jyly,  Heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh; heavy to very heavy at isolated places over East Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and heavy at isolated places over East Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan & Goa.

Strong winds with speed 30 to ­40 kmph gusting to 50 kmph very likely over Madhya Pradesh, North Chhattisgarh and southern parts of Uttar Pradesh. On 28 July, heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over East Rajasthan; heavy to very heavy at isolated places over West Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat region; heavy at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, West Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra & Kutch, Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan & Goa.

On 29 July, heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over Rajasthan; heavy rain at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat region.

On 30 July,heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir,Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Assam & Meghalaya,Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura and on 31 July,heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, West Uttar Uttar Pradesh, Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura.
