Shillong, March 27: On Saturday night one under trail prisoner who is going under treatment under Civil Hospital Tura escape from the hospital at around 8.00 pm at night, the name of the prisoner is Mr Tengrik R Marak.
The police has inform all police station and his native village to nap the person if it is found, from the police they have also suspended two police personal who were on duty at that particular time and departmental proceeding has initiated against them.
This police personal were on duty at that time is one UBC police constable and one ABC constable, this two were suspended for negligence on duty, intense searched operation to nab the escape prisoner is on and inquiry has been instituted.
The Superintendent of police West Garo Hills District Dr. Raghavendra Kumar, speaking to SP News Agency admitted that yes one UTP prisoner escape from Tura Civil Hospital and the police is tracing him, this information has pass on to all police station to nab this person.
