Shillong, December 05: The Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma will accept the resignation tender by Mr Comingone Ymbon as minister.
Sources closed to Congress party said that the party is aware about his resignation is not new to the party, as they know that he will not contest from the party in the upcoming Assembly election due in early 2018.
His resignation will not affect the government in this coming winter session; the MUA-II government will complete its term under the leadership of Dr Mukul Sangma. Congress leaders said that the Chief Minister will accept the resignation of Mr Comingone Ymbon as Minister.
