Shillong, July 06: The Congress MP Candidate Smti Dikkanchi Dalbot Shira, who has contested in the by election from 2-Tura Parliamentary (ST) Constituency who was defeated by the National People’s Party candidate Mr Conrad K Sangma with the huge margin file the election petition in the Meghalaya High Court before the Hon,ble Mr Justice S R Sen.
The Election Petition 1/2016 was file by advocate KC Mittal, S Jain and QB Lamare on behalf of the Congress MP Candidate in the By election to the 2-Tura parliamentary constituency on which the result was declare on 19th May 20016 and in this election the NPP candidate was declare elected by the Returning officer of the 2-Tura parliamentary (ST) Constituency.
Speaking to SP News Agency over phone the NPP, MP from Tura Mr Conrad K Sangma said that, “ I heard that a case was file against me in the Meghalaya High Court , since I have not received any notice I cannot say anything right now, I can only say when the notice served to me,” .
From the SP News Agency have tried to contact Smti Dikkanchi Dalbot Shira to confirm but she has not responded.
