Tura, May 14: Today at midday gruesome murder taken place at Okkapara Songgitcham village under Garobadha Police Out Post of South West Garo Hills District, the deceased was identified as Mr Kilman Marak where he was cut from his neck and many party of his body and die on the spot.
It was alleged that Mr Kilman tried to shot Mr Rajan M Marak but missed the target; the latter on the former killed the latter but cut his neck and part of the body where he die on the spot, this incident taken place at the at Okkapara Songgitcham under Garobadha Police out post South West Garo Hills District but under the ICP of Tura Police station.
Police said that both were relative and they are elderly person of Okapara Songiccham village under ICP Tura Police station and this two has previous enmity between them. The Accused Mr Kilman Ch Marak attempted attacked first with SBBL Gun on Mr Ranjan M Marak and later attached him with Dao and kill him. Accordingly the police duly seized the Dao and the weapon and the accused was arrested, and death body of the diseases was taken to Tura Civil Hospital for post Morten.
After getting the information the police from Garobadha Police Out post rush to the village and taken the death body to Tura Civil Hospital for post marten. The police has arrested the accused for further investigation that lead to this killing.
