Shillong, February 27:The Mawshynrut Block Congress Committee lauds the endeavouring efforts made by the Congress led MUA-II Government under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Mukul Sangma as CM. The MBCC delegation met the CM at Resubelpara.
The CM has assured that the Police Station and Mawshynrut Civil Sub-division will be inaugurated soon after the financial year. He reiterated that the MUA-II Government is a functioning government and will fulfill the promises as proposed to be set up in 2016-17.
Besides that the CM has given a ray of hope to the memorandum of the people indwelling alongside the Riangdo-Bamil Road in sanctioning the metalling and black topping at least for few kilometers. This road connects the parts of East Garo Hills with that of West Khasi Hills that contributes to socio-economic growth of the people and ameliorate their grievances.
