Shillong, Nov 29: The Government of Meghalaya has appointed new members in the Meghalaya State Commission for Women and their terms shall be co-terminus with the term of the Commission.
Smti. Karunakaroi Lamar (Retd) Deputy Director of Social Welfare has been appointed in place of Dr. N Sutnga and Smti. Naphibanmer Laso, Assistant Public Prosecutor & Legal Aid Counsel in place of Smti. Rebina Subba. This was informed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Social Welfare Department.
