MTC worker come up on street, for not getting their salary for five month

Shillong, December 21: The Meghalaya Transport Corporation (MTC) workers today come out on the street to demand from the management of the corporation to pay their salary that was due for five month.

The president of the Union Mr K Rumnong said that they will continued with their agitation if the management does not pay them at least  two month from five month pending salary. The Union today shout slogan in front of their office condemning management.

The MTC today has a total strength of 250 workers, from the management said that they could not even pat their salary due to huge losses that incurred by the corporation. Their agitation will continued if the management does not   pay at least two month of their salary  at least for this Christmas season.
