Shillong, August 11, 2016: In connection with the Independence Day 2016 celebration, the Raj Bhavan, Shillong will be kept open for the general public on the 14th and 15th August, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. This was informed by the Under Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya.
